On June 12th HBO held a premiere at St. Ann’s church in Kennebunkport for the documentary “41” about former President George H. W. Bush.  We provided a few trolleys for some guests to St. Ann’s, and then later to the party at Walker’s Point.  Here are few photos from the event:

Intown Trolley participated in Walk the Port a free local appreciation event in Kennebunkport on Wednesday night.  Sponsored by the Kennebunkport Business Association, the event included sidewalk sales, music, food and much more.

We provided free trolley rides through Dock Square and Lower Village.

Local band The Mousam River Ramblers provided great entertainment on the trolley with their live music.

We even had a couple of lobsters ride the trolley…

The 2012 season begins on Saturday, May 26th with our daily sightseeing tours starting at 10am.  The tours will leave the trolley stop every hour, with the last tour at 3pm.

Trolley driver Ed Stone was ready to shuttle guests around town and to their favorite shopping spots.

Local musicians Max Robinson and Noah Dest sang and played carols on the trolley.

Intown Trolley will be offering a free trolley shuttle in Kennebunkport for Christmas Prelude on December 4th.

The shuttle will run from 10am until 5pm beginning at the North Street Parking Lot and going through town.

It’s been a busy season at Intown Trolley but things are wrapping up.  Among many weddings big and small and group transportation charters we had a few special events to mention.

At the end of August singer Taylor Swift debuted her music video for “Mine” in Kennebunkport that was shot in the area.  She took a tour of Kennebunkport on Intown Trolley and you can see us on the CMT special here:  Taylor Swift Premieres “Mine”

On October 21st the Kennebunk High School Class of 2011 rode in the trolley for the Homecoming Parade.

The Intown Trolley takes Kennebunk & Kennebunkport 1^st graders from Consolidated School and KES on a sightseeing tour throughout the town and along the seashore.

 Tour guide, Jack Savona, teaches the young “tourists” how Larry the Lobster is caught in a trap.
